Grappa da Prosecco Riserva 24 Months (with own box)
It is an aged and aromatic Grappa from pomace of a single grape-variety. Nonino was the first distiller to create monovarietal grappa: it was made with Picolit grape in 1973.
Production is based on the vintage harvest. Fresh and selected pomace of Glera grapes (for Prosecco) ferment in stainless steel vats under vacuum at a controlled temperature and are immediately distilled. The distillation is discontinuous in steam-heated copper still according to the Nonino artisanal method, with head and tail cut.
The grappa ages 24 months in barriques in Nonino’s cellars and is bottled with no added dyes.
