Its vineyards are located in the Franciacorta area, between Mount Orfano, the River Oglio and Lake Iseo, on morainic soil with excellent mineral richness.
Harvesting is by hand, the grapes are soft-pressed, 50 % of the must ferments in steel and the other in oak barrels, aged for 24 months.
The final taste is creamy, fresh and savoury and rich in minerality.

Suggestions
Serve in a balloon flûte, at a temperature of about 8 °C, to amplify the aromas and enjoy its perlage along the glass. We recommend drinking it at the start of a fish dinner as an entree, e.g. with sesame salmon rolls.
Recommended with: vegetarian dishes, eggs, shellifish, crab and lobster, fish, fresh cheese.
