Metodo Classico Brut 2020 Box da 6 bottiglie

Tenuta di Salviano's Metodo Classico Brut is the result of winemaking performed on a single vineyard of Pinot Noir, located at an altitude of 500 meters. This particular location, characterized by a lake-influenced microclimate, significant temperature swings and tufaceous soils rich in skeleton, favors the growth of high-quality grapes suitable for sparkling wine production. 

Harvesting is done manually, in boxes, in the second half of August. After harvesting, the grapes undergo a soft crushing and the must ferments in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of about 18°C. This is followed by a period of aging on fine lees for 5-6 months, which helps to enrich the organoleptic characteristics of the base wine. 

Subsequently, the wine is bottled for prise de mousse and aged on the lees for 24 months in the underground cellars beneath Salviano Castle, followed by the final stage of remuage and dégorgement.
