Foradori was founded in 1939 in Mezzolombardo, Trentino, and currently has 28 hectares under vine and an annual production of 150000 bottles. 

Elisabetta Foradori, as well as being the head of this winery, is one of the most influential women in the Italian wine sphere.

Elisabetta started managing the family vineyards in 1984 after the death of her father and has continued the business to this day, but has gone much further, in fact she has become an indispensable point of reference for the many winemakers in Trentino. 

The vines used are Teroldego, in particular, the Manzoni cross and Nosiola. The soil is mainly alluvial, due to the Noce torrent. The climate consists of cold winters and warm summers with moderate breezes, rainfall is mainly concentrated in spring and autumn.

The wines of this winery are all authentic expressions of the Trentino reality, a typical example being the valorisation of a grape variety such as Teroldego, raised in all its aspects. Since 2003, the agriculture of this winery has been totally converted to biodynamic agriculture.
