The most famous wine in literature and history, the deep red Falerno comes from Aglianico and Piedirosso grapes harvested after careful selection in the hilly vineyards of the San Castrese estate, on the slopes of the volcano of Roccamonfina, in the province of Caserta. It has an intense and complex bouquet of violets, black fruits, cherries, blackberries and raspberries; a full, elegant and harmonious flavour.
