El Mayor Extra Anejo Tequila 70cl
El Mayor Extra Anejo Tequila is a premium tequila, carefully produced in the highlands of Jalisco, in Arandas, using only 100% blue agave.
Family yeasts are used for fermentation, a distinctive touch of El Mayor Tequilas. After double distillation, ageing takes place in American white oak barrels for 18-36 months.
Features
Colour: golden.
perfume: caramel, sweet fruit and light oak notes.
Taste: smooth, medium-bodied, with notes of caramel, tropical fruit, spices and slightly sweet agave fruit.
Suggestions
Designed as a meditation tequila, for a slow, contemplative moment. At the table try it with lamb and rabbit.
