Brandy 1877 Solera Reserva 70cl
Brandy 1877 Solera Reserva is made from wine spirit and matured in oak barrels.
Underlying its unique character are two native Andalusian grape varieties, the Palomino and the Airen. Obtained from the vinification of these two grapes, this brandy is aged according to the Solera method, which blends brandies from different vintages for a complexity of flavours. In fact, the Solera method is an ancient Spanish practice that sees the continuous decanting of liquid from one oak barrel to another, thus creating a blend of brandies of different vintages and ages. The demonstrable average age for this brandy is at least 25 years.
The name '1877' evokes the history and tradition of Williams & Humbert, founded in that year, giving the brandy an added value of authenticity and prestige.
