Domaine des Granges de Mirabel is a wine made exclusively from Viognier grapes, characterised by an excellent aromatic profile and a velvety texture, typical of this grape variety. 

Harvesting is done manually, in the early hours of the morning, in order to preserve the fragrances. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks, ensuring optimal conditions for fermentation. After a light pressing, the wine is cold clarified for about 48 hours and fermented with native yeasts, allowing it to express its true nature.

After fermentation, the wine is gently matured in stainless steel tanks until spring. Bottling takes place on a 'fruity' day, carefully chosen to preserve the aromatic bouquet.
