Cremisi Zero Infinito 2023 Bio
This wine is made from a blend of several PIWI variety grapes, cultivated using the guyot method in Val di Cembra, at an altitude of approximately 800/900 metres on soil of volcanic origin.
Cremisi Rosato Frizzante Pojer e Sandri is produced according to the ancestral method with re-fermentation in the bottle.
The end result is a fresh, savoury wine that entices you to drink sip after sip. The taste is particularly fruity and juicy with a savoury and fresh finish.
An original wine with over 80 years of research and 45 vintages behind it. The name zero infinity was given to it for its zero chemical impact in the vineyard and cellar.
