Côtes du Rhône "Belleruche" Rosé 2022 Box da 6 bottiglie
From a blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah, comes the Côtes du Rhône "Belleruche" Rosé.
Harvesting takes place at night, using machines that preserve the aromatic characteristics of the grapes.
The must, obtained by direct pressing, is cold stabilised before fermentation at a low temperature of 16°C and constant protection from oxygen preserves its aromatic potential. The wine matures in steel tanks for 3-6 months, after which it is bottled and ready to be uncorked.

Colour: pale pink.
perfume: aromas of red fruits and citrus fruits, including grapefruit, with final hints of exotic fruit.
Taste: fresh, delicate, fruity and pleasant to drink.
Suggestions
Ready to drink right away. Try it with traditional French fish dishes.
Recommended with: sushi and raw fish, pizza, shellifish, crab and lobster, fish.
