Côtes du Rhône 'Belleruche' Blanc from Chapoutier is a white wine made from a balanced combination of Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Viognier, Clairette and Bourboulenc.

Harvesting takes place at night to avoid oxidation of the juices and preserve the aroma. The vines grow on stony marl and calcareous clay soils, ensuring a constant supply of water and optimal ripening.

Vinification involves the complete destemming of the grapes followed by light maceration on the skins, gentle pressing and low-temperature alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. After 5 months of maturation on the fine lees, the wine is ready to be enjoyed.
