Savuginon blanc is a French grape variety spread all over the world and appreciated for its marked bouquet and body. The Collio area has proven to be particularly suited for Sauvignon blanc.

Villa Russiz's Collio Sauvignon ferments in steel vat after a manual harvest. It ages for at least 8 months on the fine lees, in order to acquire structure and complexity.
