Château Bonnet Blanc Entre Deux Mers is a blend of Sauvignon blanc, Sémillon, Colombard and Muscadelle. Harvesting of these grapes began on 29 August and ended on 6 October, allowing each grape to be picked at peak ripeness.
After skin contact and clarification, vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
The wine ages for 4 months in stainless steel on the lees, improving its texture and depth.
Features
Colour: straw yellow.
perfume: white peach, passion fruit, citrus fruits and a hint of white flowers.
Taste: round, balanced, fresh, with a lingering finish.
Suggestions
It is recommended to be drunk within 3 years of harvest. Easy-drinking, it is perfect to uncork on any occasion.
Recommended with: shellifish, crab and lobster, fish, fresh cheese.
