Champagne Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru (with own box)
Like all Blanc de Blancs, this Champagne has a profile based on the elegance and finesse of Chardonnay. All the grapes come from the Grand Cru village of Bouzy in the south of the Montagne de Reims. The Bouzy soil transmits a certain solidity and energy to the wine, based on the characteristic citrus notes of Chardonnay. Its strongest point is precisely the refreshing character that makes it so appetizing. It is recommended as an aperitif or as a perfect companion for raw fish and seafood. Thanks to its delicacy and liveliness, Georges Vesselle's Champagne Blanc de Blancs is extremely fascinating and at the same time easy to drink and even versatile on occasions of consumption.
The grapes are harvested by hand and immediately pressed. The free-run must ferments in stainless steel vats at a low temperature. Vin de réserve also contributes to the formation of the cuvée and the aging on the lees lasts at least 3 years.
