Champagne Extra Brut Blanc de Noir Grand Cru (with own box)
Georges Vesselle's Blanc de Noirs is produced entirely with Pinot Noir from the village of Bouzy, one of the best suited for this grape variety. These are grapes classified as Grand Cru, which give great structure, depth and personality to the Champagne. A low dosage makes this label an example of refined and classic Champagne, for meals and not just as an aperitif. It has the freshness and liveliness that make it immediately appreciated by all and the full structure that excites fans.
The harvest is manual. The whole bunches are gently pressed and the free-run must is clarified by static decantation. Alcoholic fermentation follows in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to traditional method and aging on the lees lasts 3 years. After disgorgement, the Champagne is dosed with only 3 g / l of sugar.
