Domaine Laroche Chablis AOC Les Chanoines is a mineral, elegant and refined white wine that is an excellent expression of the terroir of Chablis. Yields in the vineyard are kept low to favour an optimal concentration of aromas and nutrients in the grapes. Harvesting is done manually to carefully select the grapes at the right stage of ripeness. The grapes are carefully selected both in the vineyard and in the cellar to ensure the highest quality of the final product.

The ageing of Domaine Laroche Chablis AOC Les Chanoines takes place in stainless steel vats for a period of 6 months on the fine lees. This choice gives the wine its characteristics of freshness and minerality, while preserving the lively fruity and floral aromas typical of Chardonnay from Chablis.

At the end of the 6 months of ageing in steel, the wine is filtered and bottled.
