Its history began in 1850, even before the existence of AOCs and crus, but the big breakthrough came with Michel Laroche, who was able to expand the company and make it known worldwide.

The historical headquarters of the company is in Burgundy, in the Obediencerie of Chablis, but it also has production areas in Chile and South Africa, as well as in Chablis.
