Cépage Brut Box da 6 bottiglie
With more than 150 years of experience in the production of Metodo Classico Brut, Conte Vistarino has created Cépage brut, a Metodo Classico made from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes.
The grapes are harvested by hand and the musts are fermented in steel at a controlled temperature. Racking takes place in the spring following the harvest, after which the wine matures on the lees for at least 30 months.
Disgorgement is carried out with a sugar dosage of 7g/l.

Colour: straw yellow with luminous reflections. Fine and abundant perlage.
perfume: elegant, broad, delicate with floral freshness and balsamic notes.
Taste: fresh with citrus fruit, elegant harmony and good structure and minerality.
Suggestions
Ideal for a sushi or smoked salmon dinner. Excellent companion for the next aperitif.
Recommended with: sushi and raw fish, shellifish, crab and lobster, fish, fresh cheese.
