Castelnau Champagne Brut Rosè

This Champagne is composed of 30 % Chardonnay, 20 % Pinot Noir (of which 10 percent is vinified as red wine) and 50 % Pinot Meunier. Champagne Castelnau has more than 900 hectares of vineyards in 150 cru, in the heart of Reims.

Harvesting is by hand, as is traditional; previously harvested grapes are pressed and transported to the winery.

The wine is made from a blend of wines from the vintage of the vintage and 25 percent of reserve wines and completes an aging on the lees of at least 4 years. 

The end result is a wine that finds great balance and finesse through red winemaking and surprises on the palate with its elegance and fruity notes.
