Merlot Cabernet Riserva Cortazo 2021 Box da 6 bottiglie
Pfitscher's Merlot Cabernet Riserva Cortazo is the result of a blend of Merlot and Cabernet grapes. The vineyards used to produce this wine are located in the municipality of Cortaccia, on the western side of the Bassa Atesina. This area is known as one of the warmest in South Tyrol and is perfect for the production of 'heat-loving' wines.
The must ferments for 14 days at a controlled temperature, with constant pressing of the marc. It then matures for twelve months in small oak barrels.

Colour: ruby red.
perfume: notes of violets and berries.
Taste: full-bodied, robust and velvety on the finish, with fine tannins.
Suggestions
An easy-drinking wine, but with characteristics that allow it to age for a further 5-6 years. Ideal in combination with red meat dishes and hard cheeses.
Recommended with: roasts.

business lunch, special occasion, barbecues, by candlelight.
