Bolgheri Rosso Villa Donoratico 2020 Mathusalem (6 l)

Villa Donoratico is obtained from the estate’s vineyards furthest from the sea with a northern exposure and with stones in the soil. Here the vines produce bunches of great quality. Since the harvest all is done to preserve this quality and transfer it to the wine.

The grapes are hand-picked and carefully selected through a double sorting table. Each variety is processed separately and only at the end the final blend is created. Fermentation takes place in steel vat with 20-25 days of skin contact. The wine ages in French oak barriques for one year.
