Binomio Montepulciano d’Abruzzo 2020 Box da 6 bottiglie

Binomio Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is a pure Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, the grapes of which come from the single vineyard 'Binomio', trained on the Abruzzi pergola, at an altitude of approximately 350 metres above sea level. 

Harvesting is manual and during destemming only perfectly whole berries are selected for vinification. The must ferments in vertical vats with pumping over and then matures for 12 months, 80% in new barriques and tonneaux and 20% in cement. The wine is then blended and bottled and refined in the bottle for a further 18 months before release.
