Turlò Castello di Titigliano is a very balanced wine, thanks to its excellent blend of Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. It comes from volcanic and tuffaceous soils that lie between 300 and 450 meters above sea level.
The grapes, carefully selected and harvested by hand, ferment in temperature-controlled steel tanks, with frequent short replacements. After a maceration of 10-12 days, the wine completes malolactic fermentation and is aged in cement tanks, preserving its distinctive characteristics.

Colour: ruby red.
perfume: floral notes of violets and fruity notes of small berries, blackberry and morello cherry, accompanied by slight herbaceous hints.
Taste: savory, warm, round and harmonious, with good tannicity and freshness.
Suggestions
This wine has qualities that allow it to evolve for another 2-3 years in the cellar. It is a wine for the whole meal, to be enjoyed from an appetizer of crostini to a main course of meat.
Recommended with: meat sauce pasta, pizza.
