Bibbiano 2021 Chianti Classico Docg Bio
This wine is produced from pure Sangiovese in Castellina in Chianti, according to an organic regime, on calcareous clayey soil with the presence of Albarese.
It ferments for 16 days in steel and matures for 12 months in cement tanks.
It presents itself on the market as a fruity and floral wine with ample room for improvement, if stored correctly, with a very interesting tannic texture and a finish that is persistent and very tasty.

Taste: intense, fruity, with perfectly blended tannin
Suggestions
Serve in a medium-sized goblet at a temperature of about 16 °C. We recommend accompanying it with a sausage risotto.
Recommended with: pork, meat sauce pasta, charcuterie, hams and cold meat.
