The Bibbiano estate, in the commune of Castellina in Chianti, extends over about 30 hectares, at an altitude between 270 and 310 metres, on mainly calcareous-clayey soils. 

The winery was founded in 1865 and has been handed down from father to son, today we have reached the fifth generation with Tommaso and Federico Marrocchesi Marzi. 

The grapes cultivated are Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Malvasia nera, Ciliegiolo, Colorino, Trebbiano, Grechetto and Malvasia del Chianti.

The grapes are still carefully harvested by hand and the individual crus are vinified separately.

The agriculture used is organic, in fact, this company seeks to develop the resources of the land with the utmost respect for the environment.
