Bianco dell'Emilia 2022
It is a dry white wine with a sparkle produced with Trebbiamo and Lambrusco di Sorbara grape varieties. It is light, subtle and refreshing, perfect for an aperitif or to pair with simple appetizers. The production area is that of Cristo, where the prevailing sandy and loamy soils give light wines, with a simple structure but with excellent freshness and well-defined aromas. The harvest for this light white wine takes place in early September.
The grapes are gently pressed and fermented without skins in concrete tanks. The wine is made fizzy through a second fermentation carried out in an autoclave according to the tank method.

perfume: straw, apple, white flowers, citrus fruit.
Taste: light, fresh, lively.
Suggestions
We recommend it just as an aperitif, but you can pair it also with rice salad or vegetarian pies.
Recommended with: sushi and raw fish, vegetarian dishes, shellifish, crab and lobster.
