Barolo DOCG Francia 2018

This Barolo is obtained from the vinification of only Nebbiolo grapes grown in the ancient Francia vineyard, which extends for 14 hectares. During pruning, the best bunches are selected, leaving only one specimen per branch which is harvested manually. In the cellar the grapes are gently pressed and then subjected to maceration which lasts for a month in untoasted wooden vats. The aging takes place in oak barrels for 4 years and even after many more years of maturation this wine surprises.
