Alto Adige Pinot Grigio DOC “Unterebner” 2021
The 'Unterebner' wine is named after the farm above the Pinot Grigio vineyard. This is an area characterised by strong temperature fluctuations, located at approximately 450 metres above sea level.
After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is matured 80% in large wooden barrels and 20% in French oak barriques.
This wine releases floral and fruity aromas enriched by aromas of sweet spices.
In the mouth, it is fresh and persistent with an evident and very pleasant mineral note.

A long, round white to be enjoyed with a fine fish dish.
