The demand comes mainly from abroad, but also from young people who love immediate, balanced wines rich in personality. The grapes of this Pinot Grigio come from steep vineyards that reach up to 600 m of altitude.

The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented in steel vat without skins to maintain the freshness of the aromas. The wine ages a few months in steel on its own lees.
