Lugana Riserva del Lupo 2019
The Riserva 'Del Lupo' wine from Ca' Lojera is an outstanding interpretation of the Garda appellation. Made from Turbiana grapes, a typical local variety. The vines grow on soils characterised by fine white clay. The grapes are harvested when slightly overripe and after a gentle pressing, the must ferments in steel tanks. The wine matures for 24 months in these tanks and completes its ageing with a further 6 months in the bottle.
It is a very pleasant wine to enjoy right from the start, but also shows a remarkable capacity for ageing, with interesting aromatic developments over time.

Colour: straw yellow with golden reflections.
perfume: notes of aromatic herbs, yellow fruit, floral hints and citrus notes.
Taste: full, elegant and savoury on the palate, with a pleasant minerality.

Serve in glasses with a medium opening, at a temperature of 8°-10°C. Serve with elegant and delicate dishes.
Recommended with: hot spicy dishes, sushi and raw fish, shellifish, crab and lobster, fish.
