Acquavite UE was created in 1984, from the complete distillation of grape skin, pulp and juice. The spirit combines the elegance of grape distillate with the structure of grappa.
Fermentation in steel vats is followed by distillation in copper steam stills. Distillation takes place slowly to allow the aromas to evaporate and maintain the organoleptic characteristics. The distillate then rests for six months in steel tanks.
