Asti Spumante
Asti Spumante is the parties’ sweet sparkling wine, steady companion of Pandoro and Panettone, but enjoyable with many other desserts.
It is produced with Moscato grapes. The free-run must is preserved in stainless steel vats at a very low temperature. At the moment of production, the must ferments in a pressurized tank and turns into a sweet sparkling wine.
