Caccia al Palazzo Vermentino 2022
The 100% Vermentino grapes are selected by hand and fermented at a controlled temperature in steel tanks, where the wine remains for a period after the end of fermentation before bottling.
It has a pale straw yellow colour and on the nose, citrus notes of grapefruit and fractured peach are clearly recognisable.
The taste is fresh and mineral, with a soft, fruity finish.
