The Galardi winery has been able to enhance the territory of volcanic origin in which it is located with a wine that has become iconic, Terre di Lavoro, produced with native vines. The Galardi family farm extends on the slopes of the great extinct volcano of Roccamorfina along the northern coast of the province of Caserta. The business began in the early 90s with a small plot of land; the meeting with the oenologist Riccardo Cotarella was fatal for the success of the company; he helped creating the Terre di Lavoro wine which saw the light in 1994.
Terre di Lavoro has become one of the most important modern red wines of southern Italy. Today the winery has 10 hectares of vineyards worked organically and produces 30,000 bottles per year divided into two labels.
