The current reality of Foss Marai is based on years of experience of Carlo Biasiotto's family in Valdobbiadene. Carlo Biasiotto founded the company in 1986; today it is run by his children with deep love for their territory: the high hills protected by the Dolomites where the best Prosecco DOCG are made. Even though the production has increased enormously, in the vineyards and in the cellar you can breathe the same atmosphere of craftsmanship of the beginning. In addition, Foss Marai has invested in Puglia (Southern Italy), acquiring Masseria La Sorba with 100 hectares of vineyards on the Murge plateau, where it produces sparkling wines, red wines and excellent extra virgin olive oil.
Foss Marai today offers a truly varied range of sparkling wines, not limited to Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG.
