Five Farms Irish Cream is the brand of an Irish excellence produced in the province of Cork in the south of the country. It is a territorial and traditional production, that of the large dairy farms.
Local families raise the cattle from which the milk is produced and in particular the rich milk cream which is used to produce this distinctive liqueur after mixing with Irish whiskey. There are many milk suppliers to five farms that treat it by filtration and refrigeration and then extract the fat part, the milk cream, or cream, which is the main ingredient of the Irish Cream liqueur.
