The Colli Vicentini Winery is a large cooperative founded in 1955 by a group of 33 passionate winemakers in the area of ​​the Vicenza hills between the Soave and Prosecco production areas. In particular, the Colli Vicentini winery is located in the region of ​​Colli Berici, a group of hills with an ancient volcanic origin that have proven to be particularly suited for the production of elegant wines. The vineyards of the contributing members extend into the Soave, Gambellara, Colli Berici, Monti Lessini and Prosecco regions.

The sparkling wine business has been one of the winery's workhorses since the very beginning. Today Colli Vicentini produces sparkling wine with Durella grapes grown on the Lessini Mountains and also Prosecco. But in Veneto the production of wines from international grape varieties such as Merlot and Cabernet is also very widespread. From the 1950s to today, the winery has grown both from a production and a commercial point of view. It has experimented with oenological styles and techniques and today it diversifies its offer with 5 product lines, aimed at different market segments. Terre dei Vescovi is a quality line intended mainly for the catering world and includes both still white and red wines and sparkling wines.
