Cantina di Soave is the proof of how quantity and quality can coexist. It was the first cooperative winery in Veneto, founded in 1898 with headquarters in the center of the village of Soave; following some acquisitions, today it is made up of 2,200 contributing members, has 8 production sites and produces 30 million bottles a year. Numbers that make an impression! Yet Cantina di Soave has managed to establish important quality standards and in its articulated range of products there are high-level labels.
It produces wines in all denominations of the province of Verona: the whites of Soave, the reds of Valpolicella, the wines of Garda and those of the Lessini Mountains. The product portfolio is broad and split into several lines for different types of consumers and markets.
The production philosophy aims to maintain a high quality level of all product lines, focuses heavily on the traceability of the production chain and defends environmental sustainability. Some conferring members have converted their vineyards to certified organic viticulture and today Cantina di Soave is also able to produce organic wines. Recently it has also specialized in the production of vegan wines.
