The winery was founded by the Bortolomiol family in 1949 with headquarters in Valdobbiadene in the hills dedicated to the production of the best Prosecco.
Bortolomiol house has a network of loyal suppliers, with whose grapes, together with those owned by them, it is able to produce over 2 million bottles a year.
Since the death of Giuliano Bortolomiol, who laid the solid foundations for the business, the winery has been managed by the four daughters together with their mother.
One of the most recent initiatives of the Bortolomiol family is the conversion of their vineyards to organic and as regards the contributors, it has drawn up a protocol with minimum environmental sustainability requirements.
