The Violina from the Serraiola winery is a white wine produced in Tuscany, in the Maremma area. It is a blend of native and non-native grape varieties, such as Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Traminer.

The ‘Violina’ vineyard was planted in 1991 in Serraiola, with 5000 vines per hectare. The training system is the spurred cordon. Harvesting is done manually. Vinification takes place in stainless steel with temperature control.l Violina is a high quality white wine that best represents the wine production of the Tuscan Maremma.
