Serrabacio IGT 2023 Box da 6 bottiglie

Cantina Serraiola's Serrabacio is a Tuscan IGT white wine made from Marsanne and Roussanne grapes.

 The vineyards from which the grapes come are located in the Tuscan Maremma, on the border between the provinces of Grosseto and Livorno.

The vines are trained using the spurred cordon system. Harvesting is done manually in early September.

The musts, after pressing, ferment in French oak barriques for 5 months.

Serrabacio is produced in limited quantities, with a production of about 5,000 bottles per year.
