Vino Spumante Extra Dry Rosè
Spumante Rosé Le Fate is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. The production process involves soft pressing followed by light maceration of the skins. Fermentation takes place in autoclaves with the help of selected yeasts. The result is a wine with a characteristic pale pink colour and a fresh, savoury flavour, perfect with fish and white meat dishes.
