Vino Nobile di Montepulciano 2021 Box da 6 bottiglie
Vino Nobile di Montepulciano is Boscarelli's oldest label and the one that best embodies their production philosophy, since its first release in 1968
The grape varieties used are Sangiovese Prugnolo Gentile, Colorino, Canaiolo and Mammolo and come from vineyards at least 10 years old, located mainly on red, sandy and mineral soils, which give the wine character and excellent aging potential.
Vinification takes place in oak or steel vats with indigenous yeasts at a controlled temperature for about a week. Aging lasts 18 to 24 months and takes place in Allier and Slavonian oak barrels, where malolactic fermentation also takes place. The wine then completes a second aging of several months in the bottle before being marketed.
