Vicenza Cabernet Sauvignon Torre Dei Vescovi 2021

Cabernet sauvignon grapes come from clayey and calcareous soils of the Vicenza hills. The vineyards face south south and allow the grapes to fully ripen, which results in round wines with sweet tannins. The Torre Dei Vescovi line is produced with the best selections of grapes given to the Colli Vicentini winery and is designed specifically for restaurants and wine bars.

The grapes are de-stemmed and crushed. They ferment with the skins in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. The wine also carries out malolactic fermentation and ages for 6 months in steel and wooden barrels.
