Ramitello Biferno Rosso 2017
Two of the most common red grape varieties in central and southern Italy are used to make this wine: Montepulciano and Aglianico. It comes from the selection of the best grapes found in the cru from which the wine takes its name. The vines are recently planted and are located at an altitude of about 100 m above sea level, following organic viticulture.
The fermentation and maceration of the must last about a month, after which the wine is matured in steel to maintain the fruity notes and in wood to obtain a more spicy and softer product.
