Vespa Rosso 2018 Bastianich Box da 6 bottiglie

Bastianich's Vespa Rosso is the fruit of a blend of native and international grape varieties.

Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of between 25 and 27°C. Malolactic fermentation also takes place in stainless steel, followed by refinement for approximately 18 months in oak barriques. After bottling, the wine matures for a further 18 months.

perfume: blackberry, morello cherry, vegetal and balsamic notes.

Taste: sweet tannins, perfectly balanced alcohol and acidity.

Suggestions

Uncork it about 30 minutes before serving to best savour all the aromas. Excellent with grilled meat, also goes very well with spicy dishes.

Recommended with: roasts, meat sauce pasta.
