Vermentino Orange 2022 Box da 6 bottiglie
Tenuta Fertuna's Vermentino Orange is a white wine made exclusively from Vermentino grapes and vinified using the 'orange wine' technique.
The 'orange wine' technique involves fermenting the grape juice together with the skins for 5 days at 20°C. This gives the wine a more intense colour and a more complex aromatic profile.
After separation from the skins, the wine continues fermentation at 18°C. This is followed by ageing for 6 months in small steel tanks with weekly batonnage.

perfume: accentuated mineral character against a background of white fruity notes and delicate floral hints.
Taste: great vivacity and freshness on the palate supported by the fullness of flavour and remarkable tactile texture, with a savoury and pleasantly persistent finish.
Suggestions
Ideal with savoury and structured dishes of both sea and land. Also excellent as a meditation wine.
Recommended with: meat sauce pasta, shellifish, crab and lobster, fish.
