Velére Prosecco DOC Rosé Extra Dry 2022

Vélere Prosecco rosé Extra Dry is part of Astoria's Venice collection, in which the bottles are crafted and softly shaped. 

This prosecco is a blend of Glera grapes and a red wine made from Pinot noir grapes. The sparkling process takes place in an autoclave according to the Charmat method with a short rest on the yeasts to make the wine more harmonious. 

The colour is brilliant and the notes are mainly of delicate red fruits and flowers. 

In the mouth it is fresh and delicate, perfect to start a dinner or to pair with a pizza or vegetarian dish.
