This Rive di S. Stefano is absolutely not without it.
We are located in the heart of Valdobbiadene, where the vineyards are called 'Rive' due to their very rapid and difficult position for viticulture, but it is precisely these impervious conditions that create a product of great charm.
The harvest is done by hand with subsequent soft pressing of the grapes to extract a must rich in fruit and finesse, the sparkling process according to the 'Charmat' method is then carried out in the classic steel autoclaves.
In the glass it is expressive and bold, managing to perfectly communicate the heroic soil from which it is produced.
Features
Colour: straw yellow with greenish reflections.
perfume: apple, pear, cedar, jasmine.
Taste: the perlage is pleasant and elegant, the mouth is complex with lots of white pulp fruit, an enveloping drink that closes with a citrus and persistent finish.
Suggestions
Given the complexity of the wine, we recommend a large glass of bubbles that releases this expressiveness, it can accompany Sushi and raw fish appetizers with great understanding.
