Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Brut 'Orfeo 1969': this wine is named after the year in which Matteo Varaschin founded the winery. This wine is made from Glera grapes from vineyards located in Valdobbiadene, in the heart of the Prosecco area, and vinified using the Charmat method.

1930 Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut should be served well chilled, at a temperature of 5-6°C, using a wide sparkling wine glass to best enhance its aroma and flavour. Store the wine in a cool, dry place away from light.
